For Pay Employees and Pay BPI accounts, we kindly ask that you redo your transactions on May 16, 2026 (Saturday). For Pay Government transactions for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth, you may redo transactions on May 18, 2026 (Monday). For BIR Payments, kindly retrieve the filing reference number from BIR eFPS and proceed to payment.

Please ensure that all transactions are approved before the 8:30 PM cut-off time for same-day processing.

On Pay Government-related transactions, we will issue a certification for clients who may be impacted by delayed payment fees. Rest assured our team will coordinate with the concerned government agencies regarding the downtime to help ensure that no additional penalties will be charged.
